In accordance with NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of Directors of the Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District will be in attendance at the:

                              Conference Title: GMDA Winter 2026 Conference

                              Dates: March 2 – 5, 2026

                             Venue/Address: Holiday Inn Roswell/3620 N Main St, Roswell, NM 88201

This notice is posted because there will be a quorum present. No action by the Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District Board of Directors is anticipated.

I hereby certify that this notice was posted to the PVACD website, published in the Artesia Daily Press, Roswell Daily Record, and delivered to each member of the Board at least 72 hours before the meeting.
